ESCUADRÓN SUICIDA

Vuelven los villanos más peligrosos de DC Comics.

Escuadrón Suicida,  filme dirigido por David Ayer (“Corazones de Hierro”, “Sin tregua”) y producido por Warner Bros y DC Comics., es una película de fantasía y ciencia ficción  de 2h y 10 minutos de duración, basada en los personajes de DC Comics.

Protagonizada por Will Smith (“En busca de la felicidad”, “Focus”), Jared Leto (“El club de los desahuciados”, “Mr Nobody”), Margot Robbie (“El Lobo de Wall Street”, “Focus”), Joel Kinnaman (“Una noche para sobrevivir”, “The Killing”), Viola Davis (“Solaris”. “Criadas y señoras”), Jai Courtney (“La serie divergente: Insurgente”, “Invencible”), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (“Trumbo: La lista negra de Hollywood”, “Thor: El mundo oscuro”), Cara Delevingne (“Pan: Viaje a Nunca Jamás”, “Anna Karenina”), Jay Hernández (“Quarantine”, “Nashville”) y Karen Fukuhara.

Debido a que el Gobierno de EEUU no sabe cómo responder a una invasión alienígena, Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), la líder de la agencia secreta de A.R.G.U.S., llega a la conclusión de que solo los villanos más crueles podrán encargarse del trabajo con la finalidad de poder limpiar su expediente. Entre los villanos se encuentran Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Diablo (Jay Hernández), Encantadora (Cara Delevingne), Capitán Boomerang (Jai Courtney),  Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) y Slipknot (Adam Beach).

Juntos reciben el nombre de Escuadrón Suicida, que deberán cumplir las órdenes o morir, obligados por Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) y Katana (Karen Fukuhara), además de los explosivos que llevan implantados en el cuello.

Sin embargo, ellos acaban fracasando en las peligrosas misiones secretas, casi suicidas. De esta forma se dan cuenta de que no fueron elegidos para triunfar sino por su culpabilidad.

Por otra parte, Wallen se tiene que enfrentar a otro criminal, el Joker (Jared Leto), decidido a recuperar su gran amor Harley Quinn cueste lo que cueste.

Escuadrón Suicida es un largometraje estrenado en agosto del 2016 con varias versiones anteriores, la primera en 1959, un cuarteto formado por Rick Flagg, Karin Grace, el Doctor Hugh Evans y Jess Bright. La siguiente versión de 1986, donde aparecen los supervillanos como  Unidad de Operaciones Especiales del Gobierno de EEUU conmutando cada uno de ellos su pena.

Con un presupuesto de más de 250 millones de dólares, Escuadrón Suicida es número uno en taquillas, recaudando en su país de origen (EEUU) y en Canadá 43.8 millones. En total, la película acumula 222.9  millones de dólares en sus fronteras y más de 466 millones en todo el mundo.

 

 

SUICIDE SQUAD

The most dangeorus villains of DC Comics are coming back.

Suicide Squad, a film directed by David Ayer (“Fury”, “End of Watch”) and produced by Warner Bros and DC Comics., is a fantasy and science fiction film which lasts 2 hours and 10 minutes and is based on the DC Comics characters.

Starring  Will Smith (“The Pursuit of Hapiness”, “Focus”), Jared Leto (“Dallas Buyers Club”, “Mr Nobody”), Margot Robbie (“The Wolf of Wall Street”, “Focus”), Joel Kinnaman (“Run All Night”, “The Killing”), Viola Davis (“Solaris”. “The help”), Jai Courtney (“The Divergent Series: Insurgent”, “Unbroken”), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (“Trumbo”, “Thor: The dark world”), Cara Delevingne (“Pan”, “Anna Karenina”), Jay Hernández (“Quarantine”, “Nashville”) y Karen Fukuhara.

As the US Government doesn’t know how to respond to an alien invasion, Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), the leader of the secret agency A.R.G.U.S., comes to the conclusion that only the most ruthless villains can take over the job in order to clear their record. Among the villains, there are Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Devil (Jay Hernández), Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) Captain Boomerang (Jay Courtney), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) and Slipknot (Adam Beach).

Together they are called Suicide Squad. They will have to follow the orders or die, obliged by Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) and Katana (Karen Fukuhara) and, besides, by the explosives implanted in their the neck.

However, they end up failing in the dangerous secret missions, almost suicidal. In this way they will realize they were not elected to triumph but because of their guilt.

Furthermore, Wallen will have to face another criminal, the Joker (Jared Leto), determined to win back his love Harley Quinn at any cost.

Suicide Squad is a feature film premiered in August 2016 with several previous versions: the first one in 1959, a quartet formed by Rick Flagg, Karin Grace, Dr. Hugh Evans and Jess Bright; the next version in 1986, where supervillains appear as Special Operations Unit US Government, each one commuting their sentence.

With a budget of over 250 million dollars, Suicide Squad is number one at the box office, collecting 43.8 million dollars in their country (USA) and in Canada. In total, the film accumulated 222.9 million dollars at its borders and over 466 million worldwide.
