Compartiendo plató, su amigo, el ensayista, crítico literario e historiador de la literatura española Andrés Amorós, quien le describe en persona y ante toda la audiencia del reconocido programa, como la expresión máxima de lo que en su momento significó profesionalizar el teatro y llevar ese saber hacer al cine y la televisión de una época que hasta nuestros días marcan nuestra cinematografía.

Amorós también tuvo palabras de elogio al inicio de la tertulia para la capacidad innata de Eloy de la Iglesia de expresar su rebeldía en su arte. Y la naturalidad con la que denota la cotidianeidad de la vida diaria, usando una histórica manera tragicómica que lleva la literatura española ya desde La Celestina, decía. Con la frescura nada fácil de colocar la vida misma y hacerla estética audiovisual.

Tribute to José Luis Alonso de Santos
Tribute to José Luis Alonso de Santos, playwright, stage manager, screenwriter, and Spanish narrator, on Tuesday 29th, at the discussion with Cayetana Guillén Cuervo following the showing of the film "The estanquera of Vallecas", directed by the acclaimed Eloy de la Iglesia in 1987, and based on the
homonymous stage play by Santos, scripted by Gonzalo Goicoechea.
Sharing the set, his friend, essayist, literary critic Spanish literature historian Andrés Amorós, described him in person and before the audience of the well-known TV program, as the epitome of what it meant to professionalize the theatre at the time, and translate this know-how to the cinema and TV from a period that still influences cinematography today.
Andrés Amorós said "Jose Luis comes the independent theatre, which leaves its mark. On the one hand that brings social and political criticism; and on the other hand, updating aesthetic form. There comes a time when independent theatre dries up: either they leave, or they become professionals, and José Luis one of those who most successfully took that step towards professional theatre. This Man quickly has his first début at the National Dramatic Center, now known as Theatre María Guerrero"
At the beginning of the discussion, Amorós also praised the innate ability of Eloy de la Iglesia to express rebelliousness in his art, and the way his shows the routine of daily life with such naturalness, using a historical tragicomic method present in Spanish literature since La Celestina, he said, with a freshness which is hard to place in life itself and convert it to audiovisual aesthetic.
