El Barrio de Las Letras de Madrid pasa a convertir sus
calles en escaparates de decoración. Durante 7 días, del 8 al 14 de Junio
anticuarios, galeristas y artistas toman las calles del barrio para mostrar sus
obras. No solo se muestran obras sino que se realizan conferencias, teatro,
conciertos y representaciones.
El Barrio de Las
Letras, que durante los siglos XVI y XVII, fue el domicilio de grandes
escritores, como Cervantes, Tirso de Molina y Lope de Vega, acoge a cientos de propuestas innovadoras de decoración.
Debido a su gran
éxito en las pasadas ediciones, este año amplían el número de calles, locales y
mercadillos que participan en la feria.
El asunto y temática
de esta edición es el Sol. Entorno al Sol girarán todas las proposiciones de los diseñadores
colaboradores.
Cualquier persona que
quiera reinventar, arreglar o innovar en su hogar está invitado a acudir a
“Decoracción. En ella existen desde mercadillos tradicionales a aquéllos
relacionados con lo modernos. Podrán
encontrar cerámicas, arte textil, mobiliario moderno…
Toda feria
de decoración debe estar bien ornamentada, por ello cientos de banderines de
colores cuelgan por las calles de este barrio. La oferta gastronómica
también está presente, terrazas y bares ofertan refrescantes bebidas y ricas
comidas para acompañar el festín visual decorativo.

The Barrio de Las Letras in Madrid convert their streets in windows decoration . For
7 days , from 8 to 14 June antique dealers , gallery owners and artists take to
the streets of the neighborhood to show their works . There is not only shows
of works, there are conferences, theater , concerts and performed shows.
The Barrio de Las Letras, during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries , was the home of great writers like Cervantes, Tirso de Molina and Lope de Vega , home to hundreds of innovative proposals for decoration .
Because of its great success in previous editions , this year expanded the number of streets, local markets and participating in the fair.
The subject and theme of this edition is the Sun . Around the Sun will rotate all propositions of collaborators designers.
Every decoration fair should be ornate , so hundreds of
colored flags hanging along the streets of this neighborhood. The cuisine is also present, terraces and bars offer refreshing drinks
and delicious food to accompany the decorative visual feast.
