Silencio...
se rueda. Almodóvar se encuentra en plena preparación de su última película,
que en mayo empezará a rodarse. Silencio, así se llama, y promete la
vuelta del director manchego al drama femenino más intimista y personal. Esta
vez las protagonistas serán Adriana
Ugarte y Emma
Suarez, quienes darán vida al mismo personaje; la película
narra treinta años de la vida de la protagonista, desde 1985 a la actualidad.
Otras dos de las actrices que debutan con el director son Michelle Jenner e
Inma Cuesta, quienes se mostraron eufóricas en sus últimos tuits de poder
trabajar con el director.
Qué mejor ocasión que esta
para recordar algunas de las más destacadas chicas Almodóvar, a las que Sabina calificaba
como un poco listas, un poquitín bobas.
La actriz que más veces
ha colaborado con el manchego. Fue su primera musa y podría decirse que él le
debe tanto a ella como ella a él. Su estrecha relación laboral, puesto que se
entendían a la perfección, y personal, puesto que eran grandes amigos, estalló
durante el rodaje de Mujeres al borde de un
ataque de nervios (1988).
Las tensiones y desacuerdos provocaron una grieta entre los dos que a día de
hoy persiste, a pesar de que volvieran a colaborar en la más que premiada Volver

¿Qué decir de Penélope
Cruz a estas alturas? Que es la actriz española más internacional, primera y
única actriz española ganadora de un Oscar. La actriz, que al ver Átame
decidió que quería ser actriz, vio cumplido su sueño de trabajar con el
manchego al debutar en Carne trémula, con un papel corto
pero intenso. Más tarde participaría en Todo sobre mi madre, la película de
Almodóvar más valorada tanto dentro como fuera de España; y finalmente le
llegaría el papel protagonista en Volver, que le valió el Goya a Mejor
actriz y la nominación al Óscar.
Es una de las chicas
Almodóvar con más relevancia dentro de la filmografía del director por el
número de personajes que ha hecho y por el peso que estos tenían en las
películas. Además de su papel secundario en la delirante Entre tinieblas,
destacan los inolvidables papeles de diva en Tacones Lejanos y Todo
sobre mi madre, y los sentimentales a rabiar en La flor de mi secreto
y la reciente La
piel que habito.

dulce de todas. La actriz, de sonrisa permanente, ha participado en tres
películas del director: ¿Que he hecho yo para merecer esto?, Matador,
y Kika,
cuyo papel protagonista le valió el Goya a la mejor actriz.
Cómo no mencionar a Rossy
de Palma, cuyo rostro y expresividad son inconfundibles. Es una pena que la
actriz haya sido siempre secundaria, aunque sus papeles siempre fueran
extraordinarios; creo que todos estamos esperando su gran papel protagonista,
porque a pesar de demostrar una evidente vis cómica en películas como Mujeres
al borde de un ataque de nervios o Kika, supo combinar comedia y drama
costumbrista a la perfección en La flor de mi secreto, y gracias a
ello consiguió una nominación al Goya. También forma parte del elenco de Silencio,
así que estamos expectantes por ver qué nos ofrece de nuevo.
Aunque estas son las más
reconocidas, hay muchas otras que también merecen reconocimiento como Bibi Andersen, María Barranco, Loles León,
Cecilia Roth, Antonia San Juan o Blanca
Portillo, y cómo no, la grandísima e inconmensurable Chus Lampreave, habitual en la filmografía de Almodóvar.

Silence... they are shooting. Almodóvar is in full
preparation of his latest film, which he will begin to shoot in May. “Silencio” (Silence), that's how it's

She is one of the Almodóvar girls with more relevance in the filmography of the director by the number of characters she has played and the importance that they had in the movies. In addition to her supporting role in the delirious “Dark Habits”, we should highlight the unforgettable diva roles in “High Heels” and “All About My mother”, and the wildly sentimental roles in “The Flower of My Secret” and the recent “The Skin I Live In”.

How could we not mention Rossy de Palma, whose face and expression are unmistakable?
