Televisión $ turismo: "Isabel" y la Alhambra de Granada.

La ciudad de Granada y su Conjunto Monumental por antonomasia, la Alhambra y Generalife, van a acoger al equipo de la exitosa serie de televisión española, "Isabel". Esta serie, ha hecho que en la ciudad y el Conjunto Monumental note apuntes positivos en cuanto a visitas. Ya que se han registrado últimamente visitas interesadas en este personaje y en los monumentos entorno a la figura de la reina.

No sólo la Alhambra  es símbolo nazarí, sino también del principio de una nueva era en Granada.  También existen destacados puntos de interés como es la Catedral -primera catedral de estilo Renacentista, cuyo modelo traspasó las fronteras hacia el Nuevo Mundo-, y su más primera construcción en ella, que fue la Capilla Real anexa. Lugar donde yacen los Reyes Católicos.

Aun se desconoce la fecha del rodaje de nueve capítulos. Pero el tener la oportunidad en Granada de rodar capítulos tan destacados de la historia de la reina  (como fue su etapa culmen y final), ha sido un fuerte aliciente tanto para el director de la serie Jordi Frades, como para el Alcalde José Torres Hurtado viendo otra oportunidad más para el turismo de la ciudad, así como la Directora del Patronato de la Alhambra Mar Villafranca destacando también esta importancia.

Television $ Tourism: "Isabel" and the Alhambra in Granada.

The city of Granada, with its quintessential Monuments: the Alhambra and Generalife, will host the team of the successful Spanish television series "Isabel". The series has helped to increase visits to the city and its monuments, noticeable because of the increase in visitors interested in this historical character and the monuments related to her.

The Alhambra is not just a Nasrid symbol, but also of the beginning of a new era in Granada. There are also landmarks like the first Renaissance style cathedral, whose style reached beyond borders to the New World, and the first building in it, which was the royal chapel housing the Catholic Monarchs.

The dates for filming the nine chapters are not yet know, but having the opportunity to shoot such important chapters in the final stage of the Queen´s history in Granada, was a strong incentive for the director of the series, Jordi Frades. The Mayor, Jose Torres Hurtado, and the Director of the Alhambra Mar Villafranca, also see it as a great opportunity for tourism in the city.
