Si eres un cinéfilo empedernido probablemente estés al tanto de todos los estrenos que se avecinan con la llegada de la primavera y, más concretamente, con la llegada del mes de abril. Tanto si te sabes la cartelera de memoria como si te gusta ir al cine cada año bisiesto, nosotros te hacemos un repaso de los estrenos más esperados de este mes para que no se te escape nada.
1.-Para los más pequeños, y seguro que no tan pequeños, el 5 de abril llega a la gran pantalla “Super Mario Bros: La Película”. La animación está basada en la franquicia de videojuegos Super Mario Bros a la que seguro que todos hemos jugado alguna vez en nuestra vida. ¿A quién no le apetece a veces hacer un pequeño regreso a su infancia? Sin duda alguna, esta es la película que conseguirá devolverte a ese recuerdo de las tardes después del colegio echándote una partida con tus amigos.
2. Sin
embargo, si lo tuyo son más las películas de terror, este también es tu mes. El
5 de abril se estrenará “El exorcista del Papa”. Se trata de una película sobre,
Gabriele Amorth, un sacerdote que ejerció como exorcista principal del Vaticano
llevando a cabo más de cien mil exorcismos a lo largo de su vida. Amorth dejó por
escrito todas sus experiencias luchando contra Satanás en dos libros llenos de
memorias. Con Russell Crowe dando vida a Gabriele Amorth, esta película se
vuelve totalmente irresistible para los amantes del terror.
3. Este mes tenemos estrenos de todos los géneros. Llega a los cines“Renfield”, una comedia que, como su propio nombre indica se centra en Renfield, un paciente de un manicomio que a pesar de sufrir delirios y alucinaciones, realmente era un sirviente del Conde Drácula. La película se basa en un personaje de “Drácula” la novela escrita por Bran Stoker. Si eres fan de los vampiros y te gusta el humor prepara las palomitas que te estará esperando en cines a partir del 14 de abril.
4. Tampoco podía faltar un buen drama en nuestra cartelera, y menos este mes que comienza la primavera con todas las hormonas revolucionadas, porque… ¿A quién no le apetece de vez en cuando un buen drama adolescente con el típico malote que enamora a la niña buena? Hablamos ni más ni menos de “Maravilloso desastre”, el drama protagonizado por Dylan Sprouse y Virginia Gardner, que se estrenará el 14 de abril. ¿Qué tendrá preparado el Sprouse travieso que siempre las liaba en el Hotel Tipton?
5. Otra de terror llamando a la puerta. Sí sí, a falta de una vas a tener para elegir en tu próxima sesión de terror. El 21 de abril llegará a los cines “Posesión Infernal: El Despertar”. Cuenta la historia de dos hermanas separadas cuyo reencuentro se verá interrumpido por el surgimiento de demonios poseedores de carne, empujándolas a una batalla por la supervivencia mientras se enfrentan a la versión de familia más aterradora que se puedan imaginar.Se trata, sin lugar a dudas, de una secuela de la trilogía original de “Evil Dead”.
6. La gran triunfadora del Festival de Málaga también llegará a los cines este mes de abril. Nos referimos a “20.000 especies de abejas”, que se estrenará el próximo viernes 21 de abril. El drama cuenta la historia de Cocó, de ocho años, que no encaja en las expectativas del resto y no entiende el por qué. Ese verano hará un viaje con su madre Ane, a la casa de su infancia donde residen su tía Lourdes y su abuela Lita. Será un verano que les cambiará para el resto de sus vidas.
7. Por último, pero no menos importante, la última semana del mes también viene cargadita de estrenos. El 28 de abril llegará a los cines “Fatum”, el thriller español protagonizado por Luis Tosar que da vida a Sergio un hombre con graves problemas con el juego. Tras jurarle a su esposa que no volvería a caer, recibe un soplo sobre un supuesto amaño de un partido de futbol que le hace incumplir su promesa y regresar a la casa de apuestas para recuperar su dinero perdido. Sin duda el thriller ya tiene muy buena pinta, pero si además te revelamos que aparece Aron Piper de por medio ya sí que sí la hacemos irresistible.
Estos
son algunos de los muchos estrenos que estarán disponibles en nuestros cines a
partir del mes de abril. Un popurrí de gran variedad de gustos para todos los públicos.
Así que ya sabes, no hay excusa. Desde aquí os animamos a ir al cine para
mantener viva una tradición, una experiencia, con la que están acabando las
nuevas tecnologías y las plataformas del cine.

The most eagerly awaited premieres in April
If you're an inveterate film buff, you're probably aware of all the premieres coming up with the arrival of spring and, more specifically, with the arrival of April. Whether you know the film listings by heart or if you like to go to the cinema every leap year, we've put together a list of this month's most eagerly awaited premieres so that you don't miss a thing.
1. For the little ones, and certainly not so little ones, “The Super Mario Bros. Movie" hits the big screen on 5 April. The animation is based on the Super Mario Bros video game franchise that we've all played at some point in our lives, and who doesn't feel like going back to their childhood? Without a doubt, this is the film that will take you back to those memories of afternoons after school playing a game with your friends.
2. However, if horror films are more your thing, this is also your month. On the 5th of April "The Pope's Exorcist" will be released. It is a film about Gabriele Amorth, a priest who served as the Vatican's chief exorcist, performing over 100,000 exorcisms during his lifetime. Amorth wrote down all his experiences fighting Satan in two books full of memoirs. With Russell Crowe bringing Gabriele Amorth to life, this film becomes totally irresistible for horror lovers.
3. This month we have releases in all genres. Coming to theatres is "Renfield", a comedy which, as the name suggests, focuses on Renfield, an insane asylum patient who, despite suffering from delusions and hallucinations, was actually a servant of Count Dracula. The film is based on a character from "Dracula" the novel written by Bran Stoker. If you are a fan of vampires and you like humour, get your popcorn ready, cause it will be in cinemas from 14 April.
4. We couldn't miss a good drama on our billboard either, especially this month when spring begins with all the hormones revved up, because... Who doesn't fancy a good teenage drama from time to time with the typical bad guy who falls in love with the good girl? We're talking about "Beautiful Disaster", the drama starring Dylan Sprouse and Virginia Gardner, which will be released on April 14th. What's in store for the naughty Sprouse who always made a mess at the Tipton Hotel?
5. Another horror film knocking on the door. Yes, with one to go, you'll be spoilt for choice at your next horror session. On the 21st of April "Evil Dead Rise" will hit the cinemas. It tells the story of two estranged sisters whose reunion is interrupted by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a battle for survival as they face the most terrifying version of family imaginable. It is, without a doubt, a sequel to the original "Evil Dead" trilogy.
6. The big winner at the Malaga Festival will also be in
cinemas this April. We are referring to "20,000 species
of bees", which will be released on Friday 21 April. The
drama tells the story of eight-year-old Cocó, who does not fit in with everyone else's
expectations and does not understand why. That summer she will take a trip with
her mother Ane, to her childhood home where her aunt Lourdes and her
grandmother Lita live. It will be a summer that will change them for the rest
of their lives.
7. Last but not least, the last week of the month is also packed with premieres. On 28 April "Fatum", the Spanish thriller starring Luis Tosar as Sergio, a man with a serious gambling problem, will hit theatres.

be available in our cinemas from April onwards. A potpourri of a wide variety
of tastes for all audiences. So now you know, there is no excuse. From here we
